In 2025, our Paticeo teams designed and developed a 100% plant-based cake for Hello Veggie, inspired by the iconic French madeleine.
With their moist texture and delicately comforting flavour, Maddies offer a delicious plant-based alternative, ideal for rekindling childhood memories whilst meeting the expectations of consumers seeking tasty and accessible vegan pastries.

In 2026, Maddies were voted “Best Vegan Snack 2026” at the Vegan Flavours Awards organised by PETA France.
