On Friday, April 10, Paticeo celebrated the commitment and loyalty of its employees during the annual long-service awards ceremony. This special event was a meaningful moment marked by recognition, sharing, and collective pride.

Honouring 24 Outstanding Careers

This year, 24 employees were recognized for their years of service within Paticeo. Some have been with the company for 20, 30, 35, and even 40 years, demonstrating long-term commitment and invaluable loyalty.

18 award recipients were present to share this special moment dedicated to them, surrounded by their loved ones and the Paticeo teams. These exemplary career paths reflect the dedication, expertise, and human values that are at the heart of our strength.

A Morning Filled with Emotion

The ceremony opened with speeches by Arnaud Brochand, CEO of Paticeo France, and Thierry Perron, Director of Human Resources, who both appreciate the commitment and contributions of each employee to the group’s growth.
The morning continued with inspiring testimonials from managers and site directors, who shared personal experiences and highlighted the professional and personal qualities of the honored employees.
The highlight of the ceremony was the official presentation of the medals, a powerful symbol of recognition for these years of dedication.

Bringing together around fifty participants —including award recipients, family members, Executive Committee members, HR teams, managers, and site directors — the ceremony continued in a warm and friendly atmosphere with photos and a cocktail reception, allowing everyone to extend this moment of connection and meaningful exchange.
