At Paticeo, we are committed to keeping the French pastry-making tradition alive through brands that combine authenticity, expertise and generosity. It was with this in mind that Maître Louis, our new resolutely vintage Made in France brand, was launched in May 2025. It enriches our brand portfolio and enables us to better meet our customers’ expectations. With it, we are affirming our ambition: to become the benchmark for gourmet moments.

Inspired by the simple, comforting flavours of childhood, Maître Louis celebrates indulgence with a wide range of traditional recipes: biscuits, cakes to share, mini bites, petit beurre biscuits, madeleines – whether classic, filled or delicately moulded in a dark chocolate shell. Each creation embodies French pastry-making, made from carefully selected ingredients and enhanced by new flavours such as blackberry, coffee, cherry and hazelnut.
The Maître Louis range now includes 30 products, produced at four of our industrial sites in France: Loudéac, Pons, Saint-Tugdual and Tourch.
But Maître Louis is also a story: that of a little boy who, from an early age, was immersed in the sweet and comforting aromas of his grandparents’ shop. Now a mischievous and endearing artisan, he is recognisable by his distinctive moustache, beret and traditional apron.
More than just a brand, Maître Louis is a promise: a promise of renowned expertise, carefully selected ingredients and a deep respect for French pastry-making traditions.
